The City is working on filling and testing the new water reservoir. As a result, pumping rates and consumption have been increased. This may result in some customers experiencing a slight discoloration in their water. This is cause by the large amount of water flow disrupting mineral sediment in the system. Customers are asked to allow their water to run for a few minutes and the discoloration should diminish. This creates no safety concerns for the use of the water including drinking and cooking.
