765 SOUTH CENTER ST - CORRY PA 16407
The Municipal Authority of the City of Corry(" Authority") intends to sell the single family residence and property commonly known as 765 South Center Street, Corry, PA 16407 ("Property"), and will be receiving sealed bids until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2020. Each bid submitted must be accompanied by a deposit in the form of a bank cashier's or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, in accordance with the bid instructions. In the event a bid is rejected, the deposit will be returned to that bidder. Copies of the bid forms and instructions may be obtained at Corry City Hall, 100 South Center Street, Corry, PA 16407, or by e-mail request sent to the Corry City Clerk at jsmith@corrypa.gov.
Sealed bids will be publicly opened on Thursday, November 5, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., at the Corry City Council Chambers. The Authority reserves the right: to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, or informality in any bid; to accept any bid that is deemed by the Authority to be in the best interests of the Authority and the City of Corry; and/or to reject any or all bids.
The Property will be sold in an "AS IS" condition with no warranties or representations of any type, express or implied. No financing contingencies or inspection contingencies will be accepted in any bid. Potential bidders may view and inspect the Property at the following Open House times: Friday, October 9, 2020, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, October 16, 2020, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. If a bid is awarded, the successful bidder must be able to make full payment and close on the transaction by December 30, 2020.
