Job requires applicant to have excellent verbal and written skills, strong organizational skills, multi-task oriented, ability to follow policies, procedures and instructions, proficient in MS office, 10-key board, QuickBooks, team player, positive attitude, honest, and community minded.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering phone calls, email, interact with customers and citizens, perform data entry, accounts payable, receive payments, filing, and other related duties as directed. Hours 20-30 per week.
Experience: Education High School or GED Equivalent (required), 2 yrs. bookkeeping and office management experience or a 2 yr. college degree with one-year office experience preferred.
